Hosting the Queen’s Row Barge, Gloriana
Cranmore School Rowing Club is hosting the Queen’s Row Barge, Gloriana, on Sunday 10th June at Walton Rowing Club as part of Cranmore School’s 50th year celebrations.
Exact timings have not yet been finalised with the Gloriana Trust, but we hope to set sail at 14.00. The crew will be made up of ex-Cranmore rowers with passengers of school governors & SMT on Gloriana followed by parents and friends on a passenger launch. An escort of girls and boys from the current Cranmore School Rowing Club in quads and octuples will follow Gloriana up to Cowey Sale and return to Walton Rowing Club boathouse.
