Food For Free Walks – Part of The National Trust Bushcraft Series Of Events
Sunday 7th May & Sunday 14th May 2017
A guided walk on the edible and medicinal plants growing along the River Wey in Weybridge.
The talk is given by Vincent Learoyd from Ramblers Fayre.
Each and every visit to a National Trust place helps support the charity’s work caring for special places for future generations.
The National Trust looks after more than 250,000 hectares of countryside, 775 miles of coastline and hundreds of historic places across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
About The Walks
Two hugely fascinating short walks with author, Vincent Learoyd, identifying the vegetation growing along the towpath, followed by a separate bush craft session at Dapdune Wharf in June.
The events are organised by the National Trust, with proceeds going to the charity.
