It’s Back Again This Year! – The Great Weybridge Cake Off
The 2020 VE Day “Cake Off” Market, originally postponed to September 12th, has been cancelled due to Covid-19
Prizes will be presented by TV Celebrity Ruth Langsford.
Ruth (Loose Women, Strictly Come Dancing, This Morning and How the Other Half Lives) will also choose the Best in Show cake.

Judging starts 11.30am

Print off the entry form available on this link or complete a form on arrival. The form has been revised to ask entrants if they are willing to donate their cake to be sold for charity. It also asks for details of nuts or any other allergens*. Please note that this year’s celebration cakes should be for a theme, but it has not yet been decided.

TV Celebrity Ruth Langsford will be returning again this year, and will be joined by Jonathan Woodgate (Simply Cakes), Chris Bachmann (Bachmanns Patisserie), Robert Navarro (Waitrose), Nikki (Nikki’s Coffee House) and Edward Terry (Meejana Restaurant).
The Charity – Your Sanctuary
Your Sanctuary has been chosen as the charity being supported by the 2019 Cake-Off. Monies raised from entrance fee and sale / auction of cakes will go to this deserving cause.
Your Sanctuary, formerly called Surrey Women’s Aid, is a local charity that provides a range of services which offer emotional and practical support to people and their children who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse.

With a vision of creating handcrafted, premium spirits, we located our distillery on the bank of the spring-fed Silent Pool. The crystal-clear water, which springs from a deep, natural aquifer, is pumped from the pool and filtered on-site before use.
Each of our 24 unique botanicals is carefully selected and, where possible, locally sourced. The pulse of this outstanding landscape beats right through the heart of the distillery and the spirits we produce.
