Services You Might Find Helpful
This is a list of carefully selected services not provided by Macmillan, to help you find other forms of support during this difficult time.
Cancellation of the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 last weekend meant that many charities missed out on vital fundraising.
Undeterred, Scott Jackson and friends will be riding the 100 miles this weekend to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity close to the hearts of his family.
If you can help in any way, your support would be greatly appreciated.
Photos are training rides in preparation for this weekend’s 100 mile ride.
Donations
At the time of publication, the amount raised was £1,520. Although this is a great total so far, charities need significant sums to provide their essential services, so anything you can help with would be helpful. Please click on the logo above or button below.
Why Macmillan
On the 22nd August we’ll be riding 100 miles in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. 1 in 2 people will get cancer in their lifetime and therefore we considered this a worthy charity to support. Additionally, having had family members and family friends suffer from cancer we’re very aware of how important support is, not just emotionally, but physically and financially.
Whatever you can donate will be greatly appreciated and will be going to a good cause.
Thanks,
Scott, Rob, Alex, James, Tommy and Guy
